How To Delete A Scenario
Remove Scenarios that are no longer needed.
Scenarios can be deleted at any time. However, you must have at least one active Scenario with at least one shipping method assigned, or customers will not be able to check out. Deleting a Scenario will also permanently remove any shipping methods assigned to it.

Deleting a Scenario is permanent and cannot be undone.
If you don't want to permanently delete a Scenario, consider archiving it.
To permanently delete a Scenario:
1. Click Edit next to the Scenario you wish to delete.

2. Click More actions next to the Save button, then select Delete scenario from the drop-down list.

3. When prompted, click the Delete Scenario button to permanently delete the Scenario.

Archive To Retain Scenario Settings
Deleting a Scenario is permanent and cannot be undone. As an alternative, you can set the Scenario status to ‘Archived’. This prevents rates from the assigned shipping methods from appearing at checkout, even during testing, while keeping the Scenario settings intact for future use.
To archive your Scenario:
1. Click the Status indicator next to the Scenario heading, which appears green when set to ‘Published’ or purple when set to ‘Testing’, then select ‘Archive’ from the drop-down list.

The status change is saved automatically and the indicator appears grey.

2. Alternatively, set the Scenario status setting to ‘Archived’.

3. Click the Save button to save the status setting change.
