Get the help you need through the app's Support page. Click your store name at the top right of any app page, then select Support from the drop-down list.
Submit A Ticket
If you need help with Intuitive Shipping and you can't find the answers you're looking for here in the Help Center, submit a ticket from the app's Support page. We typically respond within one business day.
Regular Support Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
*All times are Eastern Standard/ Eastern Daylight times
Support hours are updated periodically, so check here or the app's Support page for our current support times.
Urgent Support
When submitting a ticket from the app's Support page, select the urgent option if:
- You have an active billing plan
- You're experiencing a business-critical rate calculation issue on a live checkout page
A member of our support team will contact you as soon as possible.
Chat Support
Have a quick question? Message us directly from the Intuitive Shipping app whenever you see the message bubble icon at the bottom right corner of any app page. We typically respond within a few minutes.
Chat is currently available Monday through Thursday at limited times during regular support hours.
One-on-One Technical Support
Let our Technical Support team troubleshoot in real-time. If you have an active billing plan, we can diagnose issues and answer questions or concerns about Intuitive Shipping in a live, one-on-one session.
